Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.

Windows を起動するために使われる「bootmgr」ファイルに不具合が発生しているために表示される。HDD(SSD)の不調、コネクタの不具合、SATAケーブルの接続が甘い、繋ぐケーブル自体の不良やマザーボードの故障などデータ転送に関わる部分が原因の可能性もあります。
確認する項目
・HDD(SSD)を他のPCに繋いで動作の様子を見る。
・ケーブルを変える。
・挿すコネクタやポートを変えて切り分けを行う。
・HDD(SSD)の交換。
